  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 120 ml (1/2 cup) cream
  • 120 ml (1/2 cup) chicken broth

Instructions

1. Clean the chicken breast and slice it into thin strips.

2. In a bowl, mix together the mustard, honey, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme. Add the chicken strips and coat them well with the marinade. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
