Ingredients
- 500 g (1.1 lbs) chicken breast fillet
- 2 leeks
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoons sweet paprika
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 250 ml (1 cup) chicken broth
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Cut the chicken breast into cubes and slice the leeks.
2. Heat the oil in a skillet, and cook the chicken pieces until they are golden brown. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, sauté the leeks, then sprinkle with paprika and flour. Mix well.
4. Pour in the chicken broth and stir until the sauce thickens.
5. Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for a few minutes.
6. Stir in the sour cream, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve with rice or boiled potatoes.
