Ingredients
- 1 package puff pastry
- 2 leeks
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 eggs
- 200 ml (3/4 cup) heavy cream
- 150 g (1.5 cups) grated cheese (e.g., Gruyère or cheddar)

- Pinch of nutmeg
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Roll out the puff pastry and line a pie dish with it. Poke the bottom of the pastry with a fork.
